Perception of Leadership Expectations (POLE)
Initially, leaders of an organization establish the culture of expectations for an organization, from there the culture of the organization defines the leaders. Review of Perceptions of Leadership Expectations facilitates greater understanding “How things are Done Around Here”. In many cases, Leadership styles that conflict between organizations results in chaos. In order to mitigate conflicting expectations, by looking fully at how perceptions influence our expectations of ourselves, we can change assumptions, beliefs, and behaviors thereby promoting a healthy organization.
